POWERBUY guarantees that it will refund the value of the order placed on our site, provided that the products have been kept and returned in their original condition.
According to the legislation in force - "the consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they are withdrawing from the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product".
Return requests are made exclusively via WhatsApp at the phone number 0755 265 472.
In case of a return, the order must be shipped IN THE CONDITION IT WAS RECEIVED, without being damaged or used, AFTER THE REQUEST MADE ON WHATSAPP, to the provided return address.
Returns that do not comply with the instructions and requirements of our policy will not be processed.
The return shipping cost must be paid by the customer. The customer may also choose the courier company with which to send the package. The package must be sent WITHOUT REIMBURSEMENT (COD) and directly to the mentioned address.
The return fee is borne by the customer in accordance with Article 14 of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. If the products that arrive at our facility show scratches, missing protective films, or broken seals, we reserve the right to refuse the refund of the amounts.
The return cannot be made via post or any other service that does not deliver to the mentioned address. If the delivery is not made exactly to the specified address, we will not take possession of the returned order, and consequently, we will not be able to refund the order value.
At the time of sending the return package to our address, it is mandatory to keep the proof of shipment of the returned package until the completion of the process, until the money is refunded.
At the same time, it will be necessary to provide us with the tracking number (AWB) with which we will be able to identify and monitor the returned package.
After receiving the return and inspecting the package, the value will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days via bank transfer to the IBAN provided on WhatsApp at the time the return request was received.
If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new (missing packaging or accessories, the product is damaged, packaging opened), we reserve the right to charge a fee to restore the product to its original state. Accessories (user manuals, cables, etc.) found in the product box as well as its original packaging are an integral part of the product.
Please respect the deadline provided for returning the goods. The value of the returned goods will be refunded via bank transfer. New ordered goods will be shipped with cash on delivery payment.
If you are thinking about returning the product, do not use it! You cannot use the products you have received before making a decision regarding the cancellation of the sales contract.
